I create art as meditation: a way to pause, reconnect, and honor the quiet rituals of everyday life.

For years, I carried the weight of the in-between—moving across countries, shifting through languages, balancing expectations. In the blur of belonging and becoming, I lost parts of myself. But art found me.

Through painting, I began to breathe again.Through the still rhythm of the brush and the silence of meditation, I began to release—grief, confusion, the pressure to hold it all together. My work is a reflection of that healing. Each piece is a soft prayer, a moment of returning to wholeness.
